To mark the realisation to their garden design scheme, muf artists Ashley McCormick and Katherine Clarke present an interactive archive tracing the design development of the exterior site. In addition, they will cover the floor of the room with a carpet of exquisite paper flowers. Visitors are welcome to take these home – the artist will replenish them so that the artificial floor of flowers remains abundant.
muf are the artist members of the Building Design Team and have been involved at all stages of the conceptualisation of the new Centre. Their garden scheme explores the meeting points between architecture and nature, and will feature a paved terrace stretching across the garden, based on the footprint of two houses which originally occupied the site but were destroyed in World War II bombing raids.
